The PAP is being developed by Plumbers Assurance Sales and Services Company Ltd (PASSL), in collaboration with the Plumbers Elite™ network of certified professionals.
Together, we’re building a framework where property owners receive real, annual plumbing services that preserve property value, reduce emergencies, and strengthen long-term resilience.
To create a Caribbean-wide property care system where plumbing maintenance is seen not as a cost — but as a form of protection.
The PAP will help homeowners, businesses, and institutions experience the comfort of knowing their water, drainage, and sanitation systems are fully maintained by certified experts who care.
